Like Pumpkin pie without the crust.
Blend All Ingredients until smooth...
Bake for about 45 mins at 380 degrees.
You can serve it warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped coconut cream or as is...But my favorite is to let it sit over night, settle, slice, and dig in to this pumpkin fudgy fall treat.
Also; I am well aware how vague this recipe is, but this best describes the reality of my time in the kitchen- i.e. find ingredients I like, blend, taste, blend, taste... And hope for the best.
Sometimes it works, sometimes...not so much. In this case, I like to think it did (even though originally I was trying to make bread #fail).
